Lead and manage a variety of attest engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations for small to mid-sized clients Oversee and review business and individual tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Provide technical expertise on GAAP, GAAS, and current tax laws and regulations Mentor and develop junior staff and managers, supporting growth in both tax and assurance areas Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor Contribute to firm strategy, service expansion, and business development initiatives Ensure quality control standards are met across all engagements Seniority level
