Job Title Senior Credit Analyst – Commercial Lending Location Bloomington, MN Hybrid Schedule In-office Tuesday to Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday Description Client is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join their Commercial Lending team. This role is critical in underwriting and analyzing commercial loans with a strong emphasis on Commercial Real Estate. You will serve as the credit voice in the lending process ensuring alignment with internal policy rather than lender preference. Analyze and underwrite commercial credit requests including Commercial Real Estate Commercial and Industrial loans Agricultural entities Bank holding companies and subsidiaries Conduct financial analysis Review loan applications and credit data Assess balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow Evaluate appraisals for real estate, equipment, and business value Determine collateral adequacy and assign risk ratings Perform annual reviews for existing borrowers Monitor financial documentation ticklers for accuracy and timeliness Maintain strong relationships with correspondent banks Uphold Client credit policies and standards throughout the underwriting process Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial credit analysis (not consumer or residential) Strong financial acumen and risk assessment skills Excellent verbal and written communication High technical aptitude and problem-solving ability Confidence to push back when necessary and advocate for credit integrity Contact:
