Maintain GL accounts and prepare journal entries (monthly, adjusting, and/or recurring) and related reconciliations for month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare, post, and document financial transactions and journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare, support and research monthly Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P & L variance analysis for each location.
Reconcile and research financial discrepancies.
Reconcile credit cards.
Provide information and support to the external auditors and tax professionals as part of their annual audit of the financial statements and income tax preparation.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports to support and inform our management.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Perform other duties as assigned to support and build a high growth accounting organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of general ledger accounting experience, required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar business degree, required. Seniority level
