This role involves supporting and drafting program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. It includes assisting with digital reporting tools such as DAVE, Qlik Sense Enterprise, RDAIS, and PMT. Responsibilities also encompass developing acquisition documentation like Acquisition Plans, Strategies, Program Baselines, PID, SOW, funding documents, and CDRLs. The role requires assessing program procedures for compliance and participating in meetings, reviews, and reports. This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements
Education MA/MS degree in a relevant technical field. Allowable substitutions include a Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree plus four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Experience Over 10 years of relevant experience. Desired: At least five years in NAVAIR program management, technical, or business analysis related to acquisition and lifecycle management. Security Clearance Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation preferred. At minimum, active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation required.
