Salary: The typical annual salary range for this position is $78,216.00 USD to $94,358.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range. Responsibilities

At least 1 year of experience with program milestone related documentation and program acquisition reports; supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Assists with program digital reporting tools such as DAVE, Qlik Sense Enterprise, RDA Information System (RDAIS), and the Procurement Management Tool (PMT); supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Assesses program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements; attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Assists with program acquisition reports and milestone decision documentation. Supports compliance with DoDI 5000.02 Change 1, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework. Provides analysis and recommendations for program execution and management. Participates in technical reviews, working groups, and acquisition-related meetings. Supports development of acquisition strategies and cost estimates for Government consideration. Qualifications

Required: 3 to 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description, with at least 1 year demonstrating experience with program milestone-related documentation and program acquisition reports. Desired: At least three (3) years of experience in the NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management. Education

BA or BS degree in a relevant technical discipline, business administration, engineering, acquisition management, or related field supporting program management functions. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the responsibilities description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Clearance

Condition of employment - The applicant must have and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance; be found eligible for TS. All applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Citizenship
