Overview
The Club at Weston Hills, Weston, FL — Arcis Golf is seeking a property accounting professional to manage the accounting program, ensure accurate and timely processing of personnel records, membership billing and records administration, revenue reconciliation and cash control, and accounts payable processing. This role reports to the appropriate supervisor and collaborates with the Membership Director, General Manager, and department heads. Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more. Process Member and Event billings. Process payments, make daily bank deposits, and follow up on AR collections. Close and reconcile the computerized point of sale system. Maintain Member Master, including setup, removal, and changes of member information. Produce weekly reports and various other financial reports. Review department heads’ coding of invoices, code G&A department invoices, and prepare weekly transmittal log. Maintain Imprest and Beverage company manual checkbooks. Review personnel status change forms for completeness and approvals; ensure all new hire paperwork is properly completed and sent to corporate. Compile and send weekly packets to the corporate office on time. Determine weekly gratuity pool distribution. Work closely with Membership Director, General Manager, and department heads. Maintain compliance with company and standard internal control procedures. Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years bookkeeping with AP, AR, payroll experience; some journal entries; experience in upkeep of client/patient/member files; cash balancing experience. At least a 2-year accounting degree, but a 4-year degree is preferred. Hospitality accounting experience preferred, with private club and/or golf operations accounting experience ideal. Skills
Strong spreadsheet skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs; network troubleshooting experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Planning and organizational ability. Working Conditions
