The Courtyard/Residence Inn Poplar Creek Complex is looking for our next great team member to join our Front Office Team and fill the role of Night Auditor. Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift. Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations; respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies. Process invoices, reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer and log receipts. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts; keep accurate financial records and ledgers; help prepare for forecasts and audits. Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor. Eye for detail and a passion to provide quality service to guests. Prior Marriott brand experience; excellent computer, customer service and communication skills. Benefits
