Opened in November of 2024, the property is a Courtyard/Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek located in Brookfield, Waukesha County, near The Corners of Brookfield. The hotel offers flexible spaces built with comfort and functionality, with amenities including a rooftop patio, an onsite Bistro and Pub, a 24-hour fitness center, and an indoor heated swimming pool. In this role, you will be managing and supervising all of Engineering staff and the maintaining and maintenance of the hotel. You will supervise the implementation of all property equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitoring life safety systems and utilities and administering the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
