Staff Accountant

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle AP and AR, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations. Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks accurately and efficiently. Prepare and analyze reports in Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Support audits, budgeting, and other accounting projects as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to AP and AR. Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
