As the Lead Analyst, you will lead the analytical capability pillar for our Mass Channel business. In this role, you'll build and use analytical tools, including Luminate, Nielsen, and other platforms, to support growth acceleration with Walmart. In partnership with the Walmart Customer Team, you'll be the face of Walmart analytics to the customer and internally with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop, maintain, and present accurate and timely KPI reporting for our business and activate brand storytelling by turning raw data into comprehensive KPI dashboards and presentations. Identify, analyze, and interpret data sets through syndicated platforms to deliver actionable insights. Monitor brand, category, competitor, and industry data to capitalize on emerging trends. Adapt and enhance measurement approaches based on market dynamics. Provide pricing and promotion effectiveness recommendations to optimize purchase behavior. Leverage the Luminate data platform to inform the customer team and internal teams with insights. Enable strategies through Retail Media analyses. Collaborate across departments to drive brand ambition and support business outcomes. We bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in the CPG industry with a strong analytics background. Understanding of platforms like Nielsen, Luminate, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Effective collaboration skills in cross-functional and virtual teams. Proficiency in data analysis for business decisions. Experience with Luminate Data and within Health & Wellness categories preferred. Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus. The application process
