The Senior Tax Professional will play a key role within the tax department, collaborating closely with firm leadership, mentoring junior staff, and managing a broad portfolio of clients. This is an opportunity for a technically strong and client-focused professional to step into a leadership path with long-term partnership potential. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services for clients Manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and guiding professional development Communicate directly with clients and firm partners Participate in cross-functional collaboration with the firm's consulting and M&A divisions when applicable Stay current on changes in tax law and compliance standards Qualifications
CPA preferred (or CPA eligible) 3-5+ years of tax experience in public accounting Strong technical background in: Corporate and partnership taxation High-net-worth individual, estate, and trust taxation Multi-state tax compliance Strong experience with individual income tax returns Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience with business consulting, advisory, or M&A services is a plus What They Offer
