Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee the financial operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage internal controls, and contribute to the organization's strategic financial planning. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the general accounting staff. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile accounts, and oversee journal entries to maintain accurate records. Handle accounting, general ledger management, and cash flow monitoring. Coordinate and participate in internal/external audits while preparing necessary documentation and reports. Lead timely completion of month-end close process in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Monitor budgets and forecast accuracy. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles. Perform other accounting-related duties as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting. Greater than five (5) years of related experience in finance, accounting, audit or related areas, including prior management of accounting staff. Strong knowledge of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and ERP systems. Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and support accounting staff, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Assign tasks, set priorities, and review work for accuracy and timeliness. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and professional team environment. Seniority level
