Annual Bonus Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing multi-family office that is seeking a Tax Senior to join its Austin team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with ultra-affluent entrepreneurs, executives, venture capitalists, and their families on sophisticated and complex tax matters. The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to grow within a client-focused, supportive environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual (1040s), LLCs, trusts, estates, S corps, C corps, and charitable entities. Assist with multi-state tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth families. Work closely with partners and senior team members on tax strategy and advisory services. Collaborate with team members across clients to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality work. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff as needed. Support clients with unique structures (e.g., households structured as LLCs for payroll, benefits, and tax purposes). Qualifications
3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a family office environment. Background in preparing/reviewing complex individual and entity returns. Strong knowledge of multi-state tax law. CPA license, or currently pursuing CPA certification. Prior Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join?
