About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. As a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team, youll operate at the center of revenue strategy owning mission-critical models, delivering insights that influence executive decisions, and partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. This role reports to the Sr. Director of GTM Finance and blends strategic finance, data storytelling, and operational execution. Youll drive forward-looking planning, help scale our hybrid GTM motion (sales-led and product-led), and support high-visibility initiatives across capacity planning, funnel health, and investment optimization. This is a high-impact role for a top-tier finance operator ready to elevate how Fivetran measures and accelerates growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What Youll Do
Revenue Planning:
Design and maintain models for pipeline analytics, capacity planning, and target setting; evolve forecasting frameworks using both deterministic and ML-driven approaches Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead annual planning and rolling forecasts for Sales & Marketing; partner closely with Accounting on close process and variance analysis Strategic Decision Support:
Deliver analysis that shapes hiring plans, quota allocations, incentive structures, and GTM investments Performance Analysis:
Own GTM metric packages including funnel conversion, sales productivity, and ROI and surface insights to executives and the Board Forecast Infrastructure:
Collaborate with RevOps, Data Analytics, and Systems to improve the accuracy, speed, and transparency of our topline planning stack Executive Reporting:
Create compelling, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and narratives that distill complex data into actionable recommendations Skills Were Looking For
3-5 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and GTM operating models Expert-level modeling skills (Excel/Sheets), and comfort working with BI tools (Looker); planning systems (Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive), Salesforce a plus Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and executives Strong executive presence, attention to detail, and a bias toward action #LI-HYBRID Pay and Benefits
