Squarespace Squarespace is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead measurement and insights for our paid media program. You will power our customer acquisition and growth strategy by addressing complex questions that influence campaign effectiveness, investment allocations and outcomes. You have hands-on experience quantifying the impact of paid media, informing planning and optimization strategies through advanced analytics and scaling reporting and insights with automation. You are data-fluent, outcomes-oriented, curious, proactive and collaborative. This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters (3 days per week). You will report to the Manager of our Marketing Services Analytics & Operations team. You'll Get To… Partner with our in-house Marketing, Data Science and Engineering teams to translate our goals into requirements and solutions Analyze channel performance, ROI and diminishing returns to identify trends and opportunities Develop experiments to measure incrementally Partner on attribution and LTV models to ensure accurate channel representation and socialize results with partners Partner on channel forecasting Build reporting tools to surface results and allow faster decision-making Present recommendations to partners across levels Monitor industry trends, promote best practices and mentor peers where relevant Who We're Looking For 5+ years in a marketing analytics or data science role supporting Paid Media Experience influencing paid media strategy, planning and performance through data analysis, decision frameworks and test-and-learn programs Experience with marketing measurement approaches such as incrementality testing, attribution modeling (including in-house models) causal inference, or MMM Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets using SQL; knowledge of dbt Experience applying predictive analytics (e.g., response modeling, bidding optimization, audience clustering, lookalike modeling) for campaign targeting and optimization Experience translating results into clear stories and recommendations Foundation in statistical methods and experience using tools like Python or R for experimentation and advanced analysis Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Affiliate networks) and digital marketing processes Comfortable handling open-ended questions Outcomes-oriented, curious, proactive and collaborative Benefits & Perks A choice between medical plans with an option for 100% covered premiums Fertility and adoption benefits Access to supplemental insurance plans for additional coverage Headspace mindfulness app subscription Global Employee Assistance Program Retirement benefits with employer match Flexible paid time off 20 weeks for parental leave and up to 12 weeks to care for an ill family member Pretax commuter benefit Education reimbursement Employee donation match to community organizations 8 Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Dog-friendly workplace Free lunch and snacks Private rooftop Hack week twice per year Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $170,200 USD The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
