Wealth Managers at Rhame & Gorrell Wealth Management are entrusted with serving as the outsourced Chief Financial Officer for our clients’ families. This role includes leading client relationships, developing and presenting complex financial plans, and ensuring all aspects of financial planning, investment management, and tax strategy are coordinated effectively.
In addition to managing current relationships, Wealth Managers meet with prospective client opportunities generated through the firm’s proactive marketing efforts. They gather data, design strategies tailored to each new potential client, and communicate the unique value of Rhame & Gorrell’s full-spectrum services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead advisor on client relationships, with an unparalleled focus on advanced planning and exceptional service. Conduct client meetings, present financial plans and performance updates, and oversee follow-up activities. Meet with prospective clients introduced through the firm’s business development pipeline, collect data, design recommendations, and onboard new business. Develop and deliver customized financial plans and investment strategies. Oversee work prepared by associates and analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Counsel clients on both the technical and personal aspects of financial decision-making. Implement plans and strategies, coordinating across the advisory and tax teams. Respond to client communications promptly and professionally. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including articles, webinars, or presentations. Participate in regular internal planning and investment meetings. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, Master’s in Finance) preferred. Minimum five years of experience in financial services or wealth management. CFP designation required; CFA, CPA, and other advanced designation considered a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial strategies. Professional presence and client-facing experience essential. Ability to collaborate in a team environment while maintaining independence in decision-making. What We Offer
