We all win together. WHAT WE'LL NEED Wingstop is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as the liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT to optimize financial systems and workflows. The role will also serve as an advisor to their peers on technology needs and assessments, systems implementations and integration, and process improvements and automations. This individual is an energetic self-starter and will wear multiple hats to help manage and administer various systems by partnering with their peers across the organization to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between IT and Accounting/Finance to assess and confirm the capabilities and performance of the Oracle ERP and EPM systems continue to meet the ongoing needs of these functions. Stay current with Oracle’s quarterly ERP and EPM release cycles. In accordance with the organizational change management framework, establish and maintain structured processes for evaluating, piloting, and deploying Oracle enhancements and system improvements. Drive automation and efficiency in financial workflows. Partner with business stakeholders to design, coordinate and execute testing for new Oracle ERP/EPM features. Facilitate training and change management to drive adoption. Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to design and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and analytics leveraging Oracle ERP/EPM reporting tools (SmartView, OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and completeness, timeliness, and alignment with business needs. Own and manage integrations between Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM, ensuring data integrity and reliability across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement of integration processes. Collaborate with Accounting and Finance leadership and IT to identify opportunities to apply AI/ML capabilities within Oracle EPM and ERP (predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation). Lead efforts to define an AI roadmap that aligns with financial strategies. Regularly evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices and recommend strategies to modernize the finance systems landscape. Own all application and configuration controls within Oracle ERP and EPM to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Partner with Internal Audit, IT, and Finance teams to design, document, and maintain strong internal controls. Ensure all system changes, access controls, and configurations meet regulatory and audit standards. Work with Finance and Accounting leadership to assist with their ongoing assessment of adequate segregation of duties as it relates to systemic user access and roles. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud or E-Business Suite) – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement Experience with Oracle EMP (Hyperion / FCCS / Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) – Financial Consolidation & Close, Planning, Forecasting, Profitability and Cost Management. Strong understanding of financial data models, reporting tools (SmartView, OTBI, BI Publisher) and integrations between ERP and EPM. SQL knowledge and familiarity with ETL processes. Experience with security, role provisioning and compliance controls (SOX). Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects and act as a bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical designs and implementations. Ability to work in a fast-paced & team-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to work with Finance/Accounting stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs 7+ years of experience in financial systems management, with at least 3-5 years focused on Oracle ERP and/or EPM. Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (master’s preferred) Relevant experience in a multi-location chain business, such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality WHO YOU ARE No job is too small.
