Overview
Supervisor - Treasury at Valaris Limited. The role reports to the Assistant Treasurer and leads treasury financial analysis, focusing on capital structure, debt covenant compliance, and related reporting. The position includes coaching and developing the treasury analyst and contributing to strategic treasury initiatives. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct financial analyses to support corporate capital structure strategy. Manage global letter of credit issuance. Analyze foreign currency exposures and funding requests. Review drilling contracts from a Treasury and Finance perspective, including customer credit reviews. Prepare and deliver Treasury reporting and analyses for the Board of Directors, CFO, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer. Prepare ratings agency update presentations. Oversee debt covenant compliance and capital structure analysis. Maintain bank relationships and coordinate internal reporting. Lead and contribute to treasury special projects and strategic initiatives. Manage, coach, and develop the treasury analyst. Qualifications / Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a corporate financial function for a business of similar size or complexity. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Skills & Experience
Experience in capital structure analysis, ratings agency communications, customer contract reviews from a finance and credit perspective, debt covenant compliance, FX management, and letters of credit. Strong leadership with coaching and developing team members. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and committed to compliance and ethical standards. Advanced Excel skills; Oracle PBCS / Hyperion and Bloomberg a plus. About Us
