Overview

Regional Banking Relationship Manager III at Huntington National Bank. The Regional Banking Relationship Manager III is responsible for acquiring new business relationships to Huntington and the continued development and deepening of the relationships with existing customers. This is done by providing insights and guidance to business owners. Depending on market assigned portfolio size, the role may include managing 30 to 80 clients with business sales size $2 MM to $50 MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. This banker will cross-sell and negotiate pricing and fees. Responsibilities

Develops and maintains profitable Business Banking relationships with businesses sales size $2 MM to $50MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. Effectively prospect new business and expand/deepen existing business relationships. Meet with business owners to build strong relationships, understand their business needs, and recommend solutions from across the bank, including pricing and fees. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions and generate business sales. Build and maintain a robust external referral network. Manage portfolios in varying sizes and complexities, including quarterly portfolio reviews and documentation collection. Coordinate loan approvals with Huntington Loan Center and branch/product partners to deliver solutions. Adhere to pricing discipline and credit quality standards. Ensure accuracy and completeness of credit packages with the Loan Center and servicing departments; monitor maturing loans and renewals. Provide information to collections and workout teams as needed for past-due loans and graded credits; monitor daily overdrafts. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year combination of education and business banking or commercial experience) Minimum of 5 years of Business Banking or Commercial experience Preferred Qualifications

General knowledge of business banking products Analytical, credit and negotiating skills Direct outside financial sales and business development experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Understanding of bank policy, procedures, products, and services Strong verbal and written communication skills PC skills Exempt Status
