Step into a Senior Accountant role where you’ll provide hands-on accounting and advisory support to clients across multiple industries. What You’ll Do
Controllership & Accounting:
Guide clients through month-end and year-end closes, complex reconciliations, accrual adjustments, and financial statement preparation. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and deliver clear, actionable reporting. Client & Team Support:
Coach client personnel and junior team members, ensure proper use of accounting principles and systems. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance reporting accuracy across clients. What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, including
at least 2 years in public accounting
or outsourced client services Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or in progress Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and GAAP Strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple client environments and accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Intacct, Acumatica, AppFolio) Seniority level
