Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can guide accounting teams and deliver high-touch client service? As a
Supervisor , you’ll lead outsourced controllership and advisory engagements, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients across multiple industries to solve complex accounting and operational challenges. What You’ll Do
Engagement Leadership:
Lead recurring and project-based accounting engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness. Team & Client Management:
Mentor internal staff and client personnel, review reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and other accounting deliverables. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and performance reports, leveraging metrics and ratios to provide actionable insights. Process Improvement:
Troubleshoot complex accounting issues, implement new workflows, and streamline client operations. Onboarding & Compliance:
Hold kickoff meetings for new clients, oversee onboarding, and ensure adherence to professional standards and payroll/reporting compliance. What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 in public accounting or outsourced client services Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, GAAP, internal controls, and professional services operations Experience managing staff and client relationships Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Intacct, Acumatica) and CaseWare Working Papers Details
