$110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr An established national law firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their experienced, tenured team in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. This role offers the opportunity to lead AP operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a high-performing finance department within a well-respected legal organization. Job Function
Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) process for the law firm, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Handle daily AP operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and streamline processes. Mentor, train, and supervise AP staff in a high-volume environment, promoting efficiency and professional development. Monitor AP performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and control.
Job Requirements
4 years AP experience preferred. 2 years of Managerial experience. Law Firm experience (highly preferred) - or - from Professional Services industry. Experience with advanced ERP systems - preferred.
