Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, CDRLs, and APB agreements. The position requires an individual to assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. The individual will attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Responsibilities
Support the development of program acquisition documentation including APs, ASR, PID, SOW, funding documents, CDRLs, and APB agreements.
Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare, and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Education
MA/MS degree
Experience
At least 10 years’ experience performing duties described in the job description.
Key attributes
Active Secret security clearance is highly desirable.
Experience in a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Air (PMA) office.
Desired Experience
Demonstrated experience supporting and drafting program milestones related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
