Senior Technical Recruiter | Changing LIVES one hire at a TIME! Hybrid in Boise, ID or Chicago, IL. The team member will collaborate with the client’s creative team and corporate merchants to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for General Merchandise. The candidate is responsible for managing execution from media briefing through end-of-campaign wrap reporting and owns launch announcements to client stakeholders and participating vendors (CPGs). Campaign investments and process workflow are managed through Salesforce. Responsibilities

Manage and own an end-to-end campaign execution process. Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships and relationships with sales, clients, merchandising, and other cross-functional partners. Ensure all campaigns are executed with excellence and results are communicated to clients in a timely manner. Develop and drive consistency in processes to provide superior client support and escalate feedback to internal stakeholders. Evaluate KPI’s and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical, and client-facing role. Advanced knowledge (3+ years) of all aspects of digital advertising, media and/or publishing with the ability to translate that knowledge into meaningful insights and planning for client business objectives. Experience in campaign processes, managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, and cross-team communication. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products. Intermediate skills with Salesforce. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build strategic, trusting client partnerships. Proven track record of executing successful collaborations across internal and external teams to achieve client or internal business goals. Critical thinking with the ability to tackle unique programs and projects with a positive, problem-solving mindset. Experience in selling, building, and executing annual plans. Positive, people-oriented and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn. Retail experience is not required but is preferred.
