You have heavy experience in forensic accounting, or litigation support working with clients in a professional services firm You are excited about developing business as well as serving your clients in forensic accounting and litigation support You want to work for a leading CPA advisory firm which is growing You are passionate about contributing to your team’s professional growth and your continued development What Will You Do
Assume responsibility for all project phases related to forensic accounting, and litigation support Manage day-to-day project activities; establish appropriate leverage on project teams and assign/manage project responsibilities to team members Carry out the quantification of claims on behalf of Insurers, Loss Adjusters, Lawyers, and others Oversee the work, lead engagements, and guide team members, ensuring quality best practices Develop and maintain strong client relationships, engage in new business development, and participate in firm business development activities Participation in thought leadership, including writing white papers/articles and speaking on behalf of Baker Tilly at industry events Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred CPA, CFE, CFF or other relevant certification required A minimum of fifteen years’ experience in forensic accounting, and litigation support in a professional service firm Previous experience building out teams along with mentoring and coaching teams Proven experience in servicing clients and building out a book of business and thought leadership experience Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies as well as proven written and verbal communication skills
