Position The Senior Analyst, FP&A will play a key role in supporting strategic financial planning and analysis across global business functions, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, FP&A. This individual will build strong cross-functional partnerships and deliver clear, actionable insights to drive financial performance and support decision-making. Responsibilities include managing the global marketing budget, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital expenditure oversight, while streamlining processes and enhancing financial models. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP and PBCS.

Responsibilities

Establish strong partnerships across the business and provide analytical support to drive business initiatives and achieve financial targets.

Communicate with business partners globally within Finance, HR, Marketing, Merchandising, VM, and Design to present actual spend and help forecast year-to-go trends.

Articulate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner; ensure to accurately present findings and answer any questions.

Closely manage the Global Marketing Budget for the Chief Marketing Officer and meet monthly with each Marketing team (Brand Media, PR, Content Production, Organic Social, etc.).

Drive initiatives to streamline processes, maintain and improve upon existing financial workbooks and models.

Analyze and interpret variances to prior forecast, budget, and prior year. Explain key variances, business trends, and performance drivers to senior business leaders.

Assist in delivering accurate financial results by performing a comprehensive analysis of key expense items.

Provide detailed analysis of Accounting for month-end accruals for proper expense recognition.

Coordinate and participate in monthly expense reviews with business partners to ensure financial targets are being achieved.

Work closely with key Corporate Facilities and Global Visual teams to manage capital expenditures and apply appropriate accounting treatment.

Aid with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels within the organization.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability; ability to think through multiple scenarios and apply strategic judgment to projects.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to identify key insights and present them in an easily digestible format appropriate for the audience.

Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn and a desire to be a team player.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration, or related field.

3+ years of Finance or related experience.

Advanced skills in data manipulation, development of forecasting models, financial analysis, and communication (both written and oral).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microstrategy, PBCS and SAP a plus.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Base Pay Range: $80,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually
