Overview
Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) at Comparion Insurance Agency. This role is based in Tukwila, WA and is remote with some requirements to report to Tukwila for mandatory training and meetings. Responsibilities
Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. Develop a referral network and partnerships to drive new business. Engage with local community members and participate in community activities to generate opportunities. Attend required training and meetings at the Tukwila location as needed. Pay Details
Base pay range: $55,000/year – $65,000/year Through a combination of base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55,000 – $75,000 Potential for top performers to earn over $100,000 in their first year Requirements & Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers. A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life. Required Skills
Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base About Us
