About The Role The Corrective Action Program Analyst ensures the effective implementation of the organization's CAP process. This role supports regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and nuclear safety culture by analyzing issues, facilitating evaluations, and driving timely and sustainable corrective actions. Responsibilities Facilitate and support CAP evaluations (CSE, RCE, ECE), ensuring alignment with FP-PA-ARP-01 and FP-PA-CSE-01 procedures. Review and screen CAP entries for completeness, clarity, and regulatory significance. Coordinate with Issue Owners, Activity Owners, and CAP Screening Teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Track and trend CAP data to identify adverse trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with NRC, INPO, and internal standards for CAP documentation and closure. Provide training and mentoring to personnel on CAP expectations and best practices. Experience 3–5 years of experience in nuclear operations, performance improvement, or regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Nuclear Technology or SRO license / management certification preferred. Completion of Cause Evaluator and/or Lead Cause Evaluator Job Familiarization Guides preferred.
