TheAdministrative,FinancialandControlsManageroverseesday-to-dayadministrative/financeandcostcontrolfunctionsattheProjectLevelsupportingProjectDirectorinthedecision-makingprocess.
Responsibilities:
SupporttheProjectDirectorinstrategicbusinessdecisionsrelatedtotheassignedProject.
ManagestheAdministrative,FinancialandControlfunctionsofthebusinessunit(s)includingpayroll,accountspayable,HR,GeneralServices,IT,andCostControl.
EnsurestheaccountinginaccordancewithIAS/USGAAPandcompanystandards.
PreparethebudgettwiceayearalongsidetheOperationsManager.
Reviewandanalyzeprojectrevenueandcosttoensureperformanceinaccordancewiththeprojections.
ProvidemonthlyreportingforeachprojecttotheAreaAdministrative,FinancialandControlsManager.
AssistOperationsManagementinanalyzingprojectactualresultscomparedtobudgetandforecast.
ProvideOperationsManagementwithprojectresultsandcashflowinformation.
EnsurethesystemsandprocessesadoptedbythebusinessunittobeinlinewithCompany'sprocedure.
AssistOperationsManagementinupdatingcashflowforecastsandmonitoringbudgettoactualcashflowattheProjectLevel.
Superviseandapproveprocurementactivities.
Recommendpoliciesandproceduresrelatingtothefinancialandbusinesspracticesofthecompany.
Monitorthefinancialoperationsoftheassignedareatoensurecompliancewithbudgets.
CarryoutjobdutieswhilemaintainingLanevalues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor'sDegreeinAccounting/Financeorequivalent
5-10yearsofrelatedexperience(dependingonthecomplexityoftheBusinessUnit)
Musthavesupervisoryexperience
Insurance/Payrollandbudgetingexperiencerequired
EnterpriseResourcePlanningexperiencerequired
KnowledgeofUSGAAPorIAS/IFRSaccountingprinciplesandfinancialmanagement
CPApreferred
Constructionorlong-termcontractexperiencerequired
Proficientinterpersonalandorganizationalskills
