Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Audit Manager/Senior Manager
Position Overview
The Audit Manager/Senior Manager will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing strategic insights to enhance client operations. This role involves managing audit teams, overseeing audit procedures, and fostering relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of clients. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards during audit processes. Oversee and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify areas for operational improvements and recommend solutions to clients. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies to address identified risks. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required. Minimum of 6 years of audit experience, with a focus on managing audit teams. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
