As a
Principal Solution Analyst – UKG,
you’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing technology solutions that directly support and transform our business operations. You'll be the go-to expert for designing and configuring UKG platforms (formerly Kronos), ensuring they align with real business needs and outcomes.
Unlike a developer, this role is less about coding and more about strategic system design, configuration, and collaboration. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and configuration of UKG/Kronos solutions to meet evolving business needs Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics, etc.) Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, identify process improvements, and drive impactful technology solutions Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation Partner with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact outcomes Use your expertise in Agile/BDD methodologies to drive efficient and value-driven solutions
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a business or technology-facing role Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos platforms and related integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile methodologies and systems development lifecycles A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor others while also driving complex projects to success
