Our client is seeking a highly motivated
Senior Associate / Junior Vice President
to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to play a leading role in high-profile transactions across technology, software, and tech-enabled services. The successful candidate will bring strong deal execution experience, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage junior team members as well as client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of sell-side, and capital raise mandates from pitch to close. Manage and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Drive transaction processes including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and deal structuring. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and maintaining strong relationships. Support business development efforts through sector research, idea generation, and preparation of marketing materials. Qualifications
4–7 years of investment banking or equivalent M&A advisory experience, with a preference for technology, software, or services coverage. Demonstrated track record of executing middle-market M&A transactions. Strong technical skills, including advanced financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
