Finance is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Accounting Department in controllership capabilities including accounting, reporting, strategic analysis, and related activities. The team records, analyzes, and reports the firm\'s current financial and operating performance, maintains the integrity of results, and delivers insights to support decision making. The role also supports establishing and upholding the firm\'s accounting policies and participates in the monthly close, financial reporting, policy research, and project work. It will support the multi-year finance transformation journey including adoption of cloud-based technology solutions. Base pay range $84,100.00/yr - $143,100.00/yr Job Schedule

Record, report, analyze and communicate the firm\'s financial and operational results Execute monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts, variance documentation, and internal controls Perform detailed reviews of work performed by others Research and implement technical accounting policies Develop and perform complex analysis and modeling Build and leverage relationships to gather critical information and influence key decisions with stakeholders inside and outside the organization Apply new perspectives to solve complex problems Identify efficiencies and control improvements, propose solutions, and drive implementation Understand financial concepts and analyze financial data Participate in and/or lead cross-functional teams to implement finance objectives and projects Lead or support system design, documentation, testing, and implementation to meet business requirements Train new Finance associates and key business partners Knowledge of intermediate to complex accounting principles and their application Prepare internal financial statements and interpret results to meet regulatory requirements Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in related field 7+ years of relevant work experience Self-starter who delivers timely and accurate results, makes effective decisions, and generates innovative solutions Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to overcome challenges Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions Experience with General Ledger, ERP, and chart of accounts Experience researching and recommending accounting policies Ability to identify critical tasks, sequence work, prioritize, and manage dependencies Ability to work independently and in a team Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) Experience with data analysis software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including pivot tables, charts, formulas, and conditional formatting What Could Set You Apart
CPA Advanced degree (MBA) or comparable certification Experience accounting for internally developed capitalized software Oracle Fusion Platform experience Financial services industry experience Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL and/or OneStream Knowledge of SQL Experience in Public Accounting Candidates within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO home office locations; preference for in-office Tuesday–Thursday Current internal home-based associates
