100% in office . Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and procurement activities to support strategic goals. Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of financial statements, financial forecasts, business activity reports, and other key documents for senior leadership and financial institutions. Support the CFO in monitoring critical financial indicators such as cash flow and working capital to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Assist in the development, administration, and analysis of the annual budget and lead the year-end close process. Analyze historical, current, and projected financial data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Develop and implement robust internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures related to cash management, credit, and general accounting. Ensure timely and accurate sales tax reporting and compliance with all applicable tax laws. Manage federal income tax, franchise tax, and property tax reporting requirements. Oversee the month-end close process across all divisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain effective relationships with banks, insurance providers, and external auditors to facilitate ongoing financial operations. Manage the Accounting team, particularly in accounts receivable, ensuring customer invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Maintain fixed asset records, properly recording capital expenditures and managing the company’s depreciation schedule. Review, record, and authorize disbursement requests in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred 10-20 years of relevant experience Senioriry level
