Senior Language Enabled Analyst
to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. The primary place of performance will be Fort Meade, MD. Anticipated award is April/May 2026 and anticipated start is May 14, 2026. Period of performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years. Clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI. Provide analytical and operations support to teams conducting online operations related to foreign countries. Produce all-source analysis of socio-cultural elements within a region, human terrain, and human geography; cover religious, linguistic, ethnic, social, tribal, occupational, popular culture, and modern vernacular domains of specific foreign populations in China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and countries across EUCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, and INDOPACOM AORs. Apply expertise in sociology, cultural anthropology, demography, psychology, geography, economics, and political science. Provide native language fluency to directly support operations. Deliver analysis, research, and intelligence production support using analytical tools on NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS; review reporting at all classification levels and contribute to weekly operational briefings and related products. Engage in analytic exchanges, briefings, and training with internal units and external entities within the intelligence community to fulfill assigned products. Analyze CI/CT capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threats within geographic AORs; identify intelligence gaps and potential new lines of effort; provide written or verbal recommendations to Government Teams. Provide inputs to requests for assistance (RFA), support (RFS), and information (RFI); analyze data and write analytic products, white papers, tenders, and other finished all-source intelligence assessments as directed. Conduct intelligence traffic queries that may lead to lead tender information for mission exploitation. Support collection efforts to develop collection priorities, intelligence reviews, and Analyst Notebook charts. Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs. Maintain familiarity with the assigned target environment and document IAW the TSD SOP. Research and analyze existing and developing CI/CT, political, military leadership, security issues, producing intelligence products to meet requirements. Participate in analytical collaboration with external IC agencies and provide written responses to customer RFIs within 24 hours of completion. Qualifications
Minimum education and experience requirements: High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience, including part of the experience within the last 2 years. Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience, including part of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience, including part of the experience within the last 2 years. Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience, including part of the experience within the last 2 years. The Language Enabled Analyst must be DLI trained 3/3 proficient or possess an industry equivalent in the following languages: Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Persian, Korean; native cultural experience and expertise highly desired.
