The CI Analyst RDA shall initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure. Interact frequently with ACIC leadership, Army program personnel, other military CI services and unified commands, and contract support teams. Provide comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on the integration of CI activities in support of ACIC mission and objectives, primarily through finished intelligence production and external engagements throughout the Intelligence Community Enterprise. Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest. Conduct research to support development of appropriate reports, database development, or other activities to meet Government customer needs. Required Qualifications/Skills
Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following: High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelor’s Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses: Army - 35F, 351F, CISAC; Army - 35M, 351M; Air Force – Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC); Navy – SABTB; or equivalents. Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst; Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA. Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume: Understanding of Intelligence Cycle and Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP. Familiarization with DCGS-A. Willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, and ability to write clearly for senior leadership. Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment and to work independently or as part of a team. Other duties as needed. College education cannot be used in lieu of experience. Compliance
