Senior Analyst - People Analytics
who lives and breathes data, thrives on uncovering insights, and uses a storyteller approach to summarize complex workforce data for various audiences. This individual will collaborate across multiple functions/locations, define key metrics, dive deep into HR and workforce data, uncover what matters, and deliver insights that drive impact to our Human Resources strategy. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end analysis of complex HR data sets across multiple platforms and systems. Manage and evolve HR dashboards - enhancing functionality, rolling out new requests, handling routine updates, and ensuring operational reliability. Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and identify opportunities to capture efficiencies and increase reliability. Present complex data in visually compelling and easily digestible formats to enable action and strategic planning. Explore and evaluate emerging data technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. Establish best practices in HR data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, engagement tools). Build and deploy predictive models to support critical initiatives (e.g., attrition risk, succession planning, and workforce optimization) Partner closely with the CHRO to identify and prioritize high-impact analytical opportunities. Create executive-ready visualizations and presentations that translate data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally across stakeholder groups to enrich data sources and improve data quality. Translate data into clear, actionable insights and summaries that support strategic decision-making. Analyze people data across the employee lifecycle, producing regular and ad-hoc reports with data-driven recommendations and actionable insights. Support corporate HR processes and initiatives with additional ad hoc analytics and input as identified by the CHRO. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, HR, Business, Economics, or related field; 5+ years of experience with advanced analytics or a combination of education and experience. Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes. Natural ability to create data visuals for broad audiences, both technical and non-technical. Demonstrated ability to present complex data in clear, compelling visual formats for both technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Self-starter with the ability to advance research and findings with little supervision. Strong business acumen and understanding of HR analytics. Other
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English; ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written communication skills in English may also be required. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
