Company Description VendorSmart℠ is a vendor management platform that aids Community Association Management companies in streamlining vendor sourcing, compliance vetting, and the RFP process. Our platform employs data to help teams identify and hire top-performing local vendors with confidence. It includes features like a dedicated Bid Desk for vendor outreach and bid comparisons, automated insurance vetting, contract tracking, Tax ID validation, and 1099 filing. VendorSmart℠ reduces risk, saves time, and ensures consistency in vendor management, enabling smarter decisions at scale. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Manager located in Plantation, FL, with some work from home allowed. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of fixed assets. The role requires performing analytical reviews, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting overall financial management and reporting activities. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance Experience with Fixed Assets management Experience with cashflow management Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in vendor management or the community association management industry is a plus Seniority level
