Producers for Gallagher Benefit Services are continually expanding their knowledge of the complex world of employee benefits and organizational wellbeing. The analytics platform helps you approach the market strategically, develop and execute plans to succeed, with resources to achieve sales goals. Outreach to prospects and clients is supported by marketing campaigns that respond to immediate market needs; you will be present and prominent in the marketplace. Partner with experts in Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services, Human Resources Consulting and other specialty areas to grow knowledge and win business; serve clients well. As you build your book of business, Gallagher will present opportunities to advance your career. You will be the Consultant on your own book of business, with account management support to maintain 10 to 20% annual book growth as needed. Objectives for Success

Act as an entrepreneur developing a book of business from your network, typically in a vertical niche or employer size. Establish and maintain a new business pipeline of qualified leads exceeding four times the goal; keep pipeline information current and accurately staged. Conduct client discovery with confidence in the presence of CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other key stakeholders. Consult clients independently and recognize opportunities to bring in other subject matter experts. Schedule monthly check-ins with the Client Service team to review account status and guide strategy, communications and problem-solving. Schedule internal client account review meetings to ensure timely retention and identify next steps for account expansion. Include executive sponsors as appropriate. Brief Regional Sales Leader and Area President/Area EVP semi-annually (or as needed) on key accounts. Engage with the Gallagher Benefit Services organization and internal network for guidance and collaboration. Within 30 days, identify internal peers for guidance and informal meetings. Within 60 days of Proactive People Strategy training, introduce the concept of Organizational Wellbeing to prospects and clients and provide introductions to relevant Gallagher SMEs. Within six months, identify a Gallagher Global Broking (GGB P&C) Producer to partner with and begin warm introductions with GBS clients and reciprocal introductions to GGB clients. Gain introductions to division-level resource leaders across the Proactive People Strategy model within six months. Identify divisional initiatives of personal interest within the first 12 months and grow your personal brand through project participation. Understand the competition, provide information on wins/losses, and schedule post‑presentation reviews with Gallagher participants. Solicit regular feedback on performance in client-facing and internal settings. Provide training during prospecting, proposal and account management stages, emphasizing client value, compliance and ethical conduct. Advocate for succession opportunities and guide leaders to ensure rewarding career progression. About You

Required

Bachelor’s degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required; OR Bachelor’s degree with Gallagher’s Sales Internship Program (GSIP) and appropriate insurance licensing required; OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience. Preferred

Professional designation may be preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM). Active Life and Health License. Client-facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in Health and Benefits. Behaviors
