ACAMS is the largest international membership organization dedicated to providing opportunities for anti-financial crime (AFC) education, best practices, and peer-to-peer networking to AFC professionals globally. With over 115,000 members across 180 jurisdictions, ACAMS supports anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing, sanctions knowledge-sharing, thought leadership, risk mitigation, ESG initiatives, and public-private dialogue. The CAMS and CGSS certifications are the standard qualifications in AFC and sanctions, respectively. ACAMS also offers the Certified Anti-Fraud Specialist (CAFS). Opportunity at a Glance: The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program to support the ACAMS global Sales organization, including sales process management, internal communications to the sales team, and coaching/development for sales leaders and reps. The role collaborates with Marketing and Product to equip Sales with relevant information. Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Sales Coaching & Development: Deliver targeted coaching to sales reps and managers to improve sales effectiveness, deal execution, and leadership behaviors. Facilitate regular pipeline reviews, deal clinics, and coaching sessions. Develop frameworks for ongoing skill development and behavioral reinforcement. Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and execute enablement programs aligned with business goals, including onboarding, product launches, and methodology adoption. Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and consistency across enablement initiatives. Measure and report on program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops. Content & Tools Optimization: Curate and manage sales content, playbooks, and tools to support the buyer journey and sales process. Ensure reps and managers have access to the right resources at the right time. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations to improve team performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and opportunities in sales readiness and productivity. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales management. Experience in high-growth or enterprise B2B environments. Coaching certification or formal training in sales methodologies is a plus. Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and pipeline management. Proven ability to coach both individual contributors and managers with empathy, clarity, and impact. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform enablement strategies. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting strategies based on evolving business needs. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. EEO
