People Operations & Recruiting Leader | Certified Professional Resume Writer | Career Coach Reporting to the VP of Sales, Financial Services, the Senior Account Executive is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a positive mindset and the ability to independently drive revenue growth by securing new business across our suite of products. You will engage with some of the most influential Financial Institutions globally, delivering solutions that help them unlock critical insights and build stronger relationships. If you have exceptional sales skills and excel at networking, we want to hear from you. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of “hunter” sales experience selling software, with experience in data feeds a definite plus. If you bring proven success selling B2B enterprise solutions into financial institutions, especially Private Equity and Asset Management firms in North America, we’d love to connect.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue high-potential opportunities across target industry sectors

Design and execute engaging outbound campaigns to drive pipeline growth and open new doors

Generate opportunities through strategic networking, industry events, and conferences

Engage senior decision-makers to secure impactful product demonstrations and strategic conversations

Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries with speed, professionalism, and insight

Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through to deal closure and contract invoicing

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide accurate sales forecasting and activity reporting to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience selling into financial institutions, including private equity and hedge funds

Strong background in SaaS and/or fintech solutions. DaaS experience is a strong plus

Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to Associates

Exceptional presentation and face-to-face communication skills

Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close

Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives working independently or under pressure

Strong consultative sales approach with ability to align client needs to product capabilities

High learning agility and eagerness to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset and consistent self-evaluation

Skilled at networking, building pipeline, and closing complex deals
