What will you contribute?
As an Account Executive at Finastra, you will manage the relationship of existing Payments Customers. The focus of this role is to maintain and expand our relationships, generate new opportunities and close sales with existing customers.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes account strategies to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined portfolio of accounts. Establishes and maintains deep understanding of each account to drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for client revenue growth. Serves as a point of escalation for client issues ensuring customer challenges are resolved. Coordinate and lead customer meetings on key topics including sales opportunities, escalations, business reviews and relationship discussions. Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining and building a robust sales pipeline. Negotiate and close sales of products and/or services to achieve or exceed individual/team quotas, revenue, and profit objectives. Collaborate with internal teams for support on various needs of the customer. Stay updated on industry trends and Finastra products.
Required Experience
3+ years sales or business development experience Proven track record in managing existing relationships. Strong ability to generate opportunities and build a sales pipeline. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident in navigating customer escalations until resolution is achieved Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
