What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large and enterprise software companies
Develop relationships with executives at software companies and other non-executive roles involved in deals
Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile based on insights from prospects
Contribute to team projects aimed at enhancing sales processes and playbooks
Collaborate with advisory services, implementation, product, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client success
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consultative SaaS selling environment or business development with a technical product
At least 1 year of experience in fintech or payments
Strong communication, research, and presentation skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working directly with enterprise-level clients
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous sales environment
Strong negotiation skills with a passion for closing deals
Proactive approach to improving sales processes and developing best practices
Ability to bring energy and a positive attitude to team dynamics
