American Eagle Outfitters Inc. The full-time Sales Leader supports the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You help manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding company values. Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as an LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience; collaborate with Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates; provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback; celebrate performance to drive engagement. Visual and operational innovation: execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards. Integrity and safety: uphold store safety standards, Asset Protection requirements, and AEO policies and procedures; do the right thing consistently. You’d Be Great For This Role If
