As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You contribute to daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities
You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture. Teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance. Visual & operational innovation: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards. Integrity: maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards and AEO policies, and do the right thing always. You\'d Be Great For This Role If
