You will be responsible for expanding Mazzella’s business with existing and new customers in the Metals Segment (Hot Metal Handling and Processing). Your role involves driving growth through negotiations and collaboration with key business units, leveraging your market knowledge and persistence to grow sales within current accounts and acquire new ones. Responsibilities

Serve as the Mazzella Metals Team “Subject Matter Expert” for sales and marketing efforts. Build trust and become a trusted advisor to steel producers, aluminum mills, and prospects. Nurture and expand an established national customer base throughout their lifecycle. Identify high-potential growth targets (annual sales of $100K+). Increase product knowledge and brand awareness for retail and corporate accounts to sell all products/services. Develop effective sales strategies to meet monthly goals. Suggest innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Negotiate master service agreements aligning with company margin expectations. Apply the "They Ask, You Answer" methodology. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience in industrial sales may substitute for a degree. Required Skills and Experience

Over 10 years of sales management experience in metals, distribution, or related fields. Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals within set timelines. Strong communication skills across organizational levels. Track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. Analytical, conceptual, and planning skills. Proficiency in math and technology. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to lift/pull at least 50 pounds. Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems. Mechanical aptitude. Retail and steel mill sales experience. Successful completion of background checks and drug screening. About Mazzella
