We are partnered with a national law firm holding a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele. With a growing presence in Northeast Texas, this Tyler-based opportunity is ideal for a seasoned legal professional, preferably with experience in litigation, real estate, or title research. We’re seeking a contract to placement Senior Legal Assistant / “Area Manager” to oversee litigation processing on high-volume tax accounts, supporting attorneys and ensuring case files are thoroughly prepared and accurately maintained. Responsibilities

Manage the litigation pipeline for tax delinquency cases across several counties in Northeast Texas Conduct in-depth property title and tax research; update internal systems with case status Prepare legal documentation and coordinate with attorneys on court prep Monitor lawsuits and ensure timely, accurate docket management Communicate with court staff and attend proceedings as needed Requirements

6+ years of legal assistant/office or litigation support experience required Prior experience in real estate, title research, tax offices, or appraisal districts a strong plus Proficient in Microsoft Word; familiarity with legal document processing tools Ability to work independently while managing large volumes of casework Must be professional, reliable, and able to travel occasionally Benefits
