Strong client base and 12 specialized divisions to cross-sell Backed by experienced recruiters and advanced tech for candidate delivery Competitive base + uncapped commission Work from our Midtown NYC office Real upward mobility — we promote from within What you’ll be doing: Selling staffing services for accounting and finance roles (think: staff accountants to controllers, AP/AR to analysts) Using your finance expertise to connect with clients and truly understand their hiring needs Prospecting new business via phone, LinkedIn, and networking events Building and managing long-term client relationships Partnering with recruiting teams to ensure top-tier placements Expanding your accounts by introducing clients to our other staffing specialties This role is perfect if you: Have experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, or financial services — and want to stay in the world, just in a different way Are a natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people and solving problems Want a more entrepreneurial path with unlimited earning potential Have strong communication and follow-up skills Are curious, coachable, and driven to succeed Job Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in Staffing Sales and Client Development. High School Diploma or higher.
