Warmly greet customers by name Check guests in and give studio tours Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & studio memberships Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions Use our software to manage appointments and make sales (MindBody experience is a plus!) Support management by taking inventory or submitting Amazon orders Clean studio & sauna rooms between guests Maintain and organize the towel supply area Check Prospr for team communication and updates Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance We Value in Our Employees:
