We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on hunting new business opportunities within the retail CPG sector. This is a fully remote role and candidates should reside near the southeast region; relocation to Atlanta is not required. Responsibilities

New Business Development: identify and prospect potential retail CPG / grocery clients using industry contacts, market research, networking events, and targeted outreach; understand client needs to position SymphonyAI Retail solutions; conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and presentations. Consultative Selling: conduct engagements with retail CPG prospects, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels (including C-suite, IT leaders, and business decision-makers); perform needs assessments and solution demonstrations; articulate ROI and long-term value; build trusted advisor relationships to guide clients through digital transformation. Sales Cycle Management: lead end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure; develop proposals, presentations, and contracts with clear solution details, pricing, and terms; coordinate with solution architects, product managers, and implementation specialists to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation; provide accurate forecasts and regular progress updates to sales leadership; monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in the retail technology or CPG industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of $3M+ Strong knowledge of the retail CPG sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities; understanding of AI-driven solutions and their applications in retail Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships resulting in long-term partnerships Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team Analytical problem-solving skills to identify client pain points and propose effective solutions Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events About Us
